To keep a constant water level in your fountain, you can add the auto refill system. It comes with a float valve, concrete base, custom stopper, clear tubing, and a pressure relief garden hose or spigot connection. The device is connected to a garden hose or spigot, and the water is turned on and off by the valve in the unit, keeping your fountain filled effortlessly.

The uniqueness of this X3 Outdoor Wall Water Fountain is what really makes it outstanding. The 3 spouts will definitely give you a relaxing sound of the flowing water.
Due to the nature of concrete there is very little that can go wrong with it as long as it's properly cared for. For this reason Campania does not offer a warranty for their products. Our 15+ years of experience has shown that Campania's products are more than capable of withstanding the test of time. These products are designed to last well over 40 years, and will as long as proper care is provided for them.
NOTE: The finishes are designed to replicate the look of natural aging, but unlike a painted finish, the patinas do not prevent the natural aging process. Any cast stone item with a patina finish will weather naturally in an outdoor environment. Because each patina is hand applied in a multi-step process and the product is photographed in natural settings, actual colors may vary.
Winterize
It is very important for you to protect your cast stone and pottery fountains, birdbaths, planters and statuary from the freeze-thaw cycle during the winter months. Ideally, cast stone and pottery décor that can collect water, should not be left outside when temperatures dip down to freezing. They should be stored indoors or in a dry protected place such as a covered porch or garage that is away from the elements. This is not always possible, so it is recommended that you completely dry out your décor and add a waterproof cover. This is because any cast stone or pottery component that can hold water and freeze has the potential to crack and crumble. Components such as fountain pedestals which remain in a basin/pool can also crack or crumble.

How often do you need to add water to the fountain?
Every location is different. On average, customers will have to add water 2-3 times a week. However, weather, location, and usuage will determine the amount. We recommend ordering the fountain with an autofill system.

I am concerned about how loud the fountain is. Is there a way to use just one spout or decrease the water flow if to decrease the noise?
You can get an adjustable pump and turn the flow down or if you add more water in the basin, it will not be as loud. I guess you could figure a way to cloug the spouts as well if you wanted.

How is the fountain turned on and off? Are samples of the stone colors available? Is the fountain delivered as a single piece or in multiple pieces? If the latter, what is the weight of each individual component? It would need to be carried up 48 interior stairs to a roof deck.
You would turn the fountain on/off by the plug. Some customers purchase a timer or remote for the outlet. Yes, we have physical color samples available.
The fountain comes in 6 pieces. The three heaviest pieces are 274, 148 and 69lbs. The other three pieces are 9, 3 and 1lbs. -
Can the fountain stand by itself or does it have to be attached to a wal?
This fountain is meant to be placed up against a wall.
