  • If my waterfall sign starts foaming after using, do I need to use more ProTec or less?

    This product does not cause foaming. Did you perhaps use any other cleaners or dish soap to clean the fountain previously? I'm happy to help!

  • Do you put this into the water for the fountain? Or just for cleaning the fountain?

    You can use this cleaner as a water conditioner to prevent calcium and scale, or use it concentrated with a soft bristle brush to clean existing build up.
