Due to the nature of concrete there is very little that can go wrong with it as long as it's properly cared for. For this reason Campania does not offer a warranty for their products. Our 15+ years of experience has shown that Campania's products are more than capable of withstanding the test of time. These products are designed to last well over 40 years, and will as long as proper care is provided for them.
NOTE: The finishes are designed to replicate the look of natural aging, but unlike a painted finish, the patinas do not prevent the natural aging process. Any cast stone item with a patina finish will weather naturally in an outdoor environment. Because each patina is hand applied in a multi-step process and the product is photographed in natural settings, actual colors may vary.
It is very important for you to protect your cast stone and pottery fountains, birdbaths, planters and statuary from the freeze-thaw cycle during the winter months. Ideally, cast stone and pottery decor that can collect water, should not be left outside when temperatures dip down to freezing. They should be stored indoors or in a dry protected place such as a covered porch or garage that is away from the elements. This is not always possible, so it is recommended that you completely dry out your decor and add a waterproof cover. This is because any cast stone or pottery component that can hold water and freeze has the potential to crack and crumble. Components such as fountain pedestals which remain in a basin/pool can also crack or crumble.

Does the pump wire come out of the bottom of the large round water reservoir and the cord lays underneath the large round reservoir or does it come out of the base of the tall column part and the cord lay in the water of the large round reservoir and follow over the side of the large round reservoir to an electrical outlet...I just need to make sure of where to install my electrical outlet...in the center ground where the fountain will be or over to the side of the fountain
It comes out the center of the pool/water reservoir and can be run underneath the pool/reservoir. If you would like installation instructions, please email us at info@thesoothingcompany.com .
so the recirculating pump sits in the inside bottom of the middle tall fountain that sits in the round basin...does the cord for the pump come out from under the tall column and then lays over the side of the round basin to reach the outlet or does the cord go through the middle of the column and then through the middle of the large round basin and stretch under the heavy basin to reach the outlet? Does that make any sense...do you see the cord or is it under the fountain? If there was a picture...it would be incredibly helpful...I\'m going to be ordering this and I just want to be ready.
The cord will run under the basin so you do not see the cord. If you email us at info@thesoothingcompany.com we can send you installation instructions.
where does the power come out for the circulating pump...is it through the bottom...and go underneath the fountain to a lug?
The cord for the pump will come out the center of the bottom basin.
No complaints, easy ordering process, easy fountain st up. Fountain looks great in person.
