Winterize

It is very important for you to protect your cast stone and pottery fountains, birdbaths, planters and statuary from the freeze-thaw cycle during the winter months. Ideally, cast stone and pottery décor that can collect water, should not be left outside when temperatures dip down to freezing. They should be stored indoors or in a dry protected place such as a covered porch or garage that is away from the elements. This is not always possible, so it is recommended that you completely dry out your décor and add a waterproof cover. This is because any cast stone or pottery component that can hold water and freeze has the potential to crack and crumble. Components such as fountain pedestals which remain in a basin/pool can also crack or crumble.

What is the tank size in gallons?

This fountain holds approximately 29 gallons of water.
Is this fountain 2 pieces? If Yes....how are they attached securely? Thank you!

Yes, the top piece is set on the bottom piece. It is then attached to the wall with an L bracket that comes with the fountain.
What is delivery time and can receive actual color sample card

This fountain takes about 3 weeks for production. Shipping time would depend on where in the US you live. You can call us at 888-839-3597 for details on color samples.
Does this fountain have to be placed against a wall? I was planning to have it outdoors on a patio, but that only has screen walls.

This feature is designed to be against a wall, as it has a flat back. However, if it will be up against a screen wall, that would work, it's just a matter of preference; as there is no design on the back.
What does the top section and bottom section weigh individually? What would be the easiest way to move/set up the fountain?

The top(wall) component weighs 422lbs, the basin portion weighs 452lbs. The best weigh to move these components is with a few strong helpers or some small equipment. A heavyweight dolly can purchased to help move the components to where you'll be installaing them, then they can be put in place with your helpers. Or, the majority of our customers will reach out to a local contractor or landscaper for assistance with installation.
