Can this be keft outside in Winter? Temps down to about 15F.

If you are going to experience, freezing temperatures, we recommend winterizing fountains. This includes removing water/moisture and covering the fountain. This will help keep your fountain looking beautiful for years to come.
So it is NOT connected to the house\'s water supply? How long is the electrical cord?

This fountain does not have an autofill system and needs to be filled manually. The electrical cord is 6 feet.
can u turn the lights off?

The lights cannot be turned off separately from the water. The pump and lights are integrated.
should you keep it running 24 hours a day

You can keep it running consistently, however you need to make sure the water is always above the pump or the pump will burn out from running dry.
